Our Owners - Jon and Leah Smith
With over 30 years of construction experience, Jon Smith is a hands-on leader involved in every project's design and construction. Known as the "King of the Drill," Jon won the Dewalt "Million Dollar Challenge" in 2002, showcasing his passion for tools. His achievements have been featured in various media outlets, including The John Walsh (Morning) Show, People Magazine, and ESPN Sportscenter.
Leah Smith, our marketing and office management specialist, brings valuable expertise to project management and client communication. Leah holds a business degree from Ohio University and has received accolades, including the Outstanding Graduate Award in 1993. Her achievements have earned her membership in both Cambridge and Biltmore's Who's Who.
